  • Clinical Psychologist

Kristina brings a unique focus on the mental and emotional side of wellness, supporting clients navigating eating disorders, stress, and body-image challenges.

She believes that true well-being comes from understanding your mind and body together—building practical tools, compassionate guidance, and actionable strategies that help you foster balance, resilience, and confidence. Kristina’s approach empowers clients to address the root of challenges, improve their relationship with food and self, and make lasting, positive changes in their overall health.

Grow with MOSS.

At MOSS Wellness, we believe true health happens at the intersection of nutrition, movement, massage, and education—where body, mind, and soul work together, not in isolation.

We're building a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners who understand that healing is integrative, personalized, and deeply connected to how we show up in our lives.

Whether you're a massage therapist, nutritionist, fitness professional, or wellness educator, if you're passionate about whole-person care and ready to build something meaningful together—we want to meet you.

Why MOSS Wellness:

We practice at the intersection of individual transformation and organizational impact. Our work spans one-on-one client care, community education, and workplace wellness programs—all rooted in evidence-based practice and inclusive, affirming care. You'll join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth, where your expertise is both honored and expanded through our integrative approach. We specialize in hormone health and reproductive wellness while serving clients across all gender identities and life stages. Here, your work contributes to something bigger: helping people feel better in their bodies so they can thrive in their lives.

What we're looking for:

Practitioners who are skilled in their craft, open to learning across disciplines, and committed to treating the whole person—not just symptoms. If you value connection over convenience and believe wellness is a journey, not a quick fix, you'll fit right in.
